摘　　要：围绕挤压铸造生产中的3大要素——设备、模具、合金,挤压铸造3大系列参数——工艺参数、模具参数、设备参数,挤压铸造技术的两大控制难点——如何实现液流的平稳充填及如何实现压力的顺利传递(顺序凝固)进行了讨论。对影响挤压铸件品质的各种因素以及各种因素之间的相互影响问题进行了研究。提出了挤压铸件品质综合控制过程,根据生产中的条件变化和各工艺参数之间相互影响,合理控制和调整参数,是获得合格挤压铸件的必要条件;对挤压铸件品质的综合控制,是获得高效益的基本保证。It was described for the three main factors：equipment,mold,alloy and squeeze casting three series parameters：process parameters,die parameters,equipment parameters as well as squeeze casting technology of two control difficulties：how to realize the smooth filling of liquid flow and how to realize the smooth transfer of the pressure（sequence）of various factors.Meanwhile,influence of various factors on quality of squeezing casting parts and inter-effects in various factors were expounded.The comprehensive control of the quality of the squeeze casting parts was presented.Based on condition change during production process and inter-effects of different parameters,rational parameter control and adjustment is the key point for producing qualified squeezing casting parts.In addition,the comprehensive control of quality of squeezing casting parts is the base of obtaining high efficiency.
