摘　　要：库存管理是供应链管理的核心,而多级库存管理弥补了以往的单点库存管理的缺陷。为解决工业零部件制造企业节点库存成本高、库存周转速度慢问题,文中以S公司为例结合多级库存管理相关理论构建出以库存成本、库存周转时间为目标的多目标多级库存管理优化模型,考虑了成本因素又顾及时间因素,为工业零部件制造企业在供应链的环境下建立多级库存管理提供方法和思路。The inventory management is the core of supply chain management, and multi-echelon inventory management makes up the congenitally deficiencies of single point inventory control.In order to solve the problem of high inventory cost and slow inventory turnover of industrial parts manufacturers,this paper build an optimization model which takes the Inventory cost and the inventory turnover time as the goal of S enterprise, according to multi-echelon inventory control theory. The model not only considers the cost factor but also considers the time factor, providing methods and ideas for industrial parts manufacturing enterprises to establish a multi-echelon inventory management under supply chain environment.
