施工企业设备管理中存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：文中主要阐述了在铁路、公路等建设行业大发展的背景下,施工企业机械设备管理过程中存在的主要问题以及解决这些问题的一些对策,以期对施工企业机械设备的科学管理提供一些借鉴意义,同时也指出施工机械设备的科学有效管理是一个涉及多学科的复杂系统工程,远非文中所能阐明的,需要施工企业的设备管理人员科学认真对待,方能确保施工生产的顺利进行和机械设备的使用价值。This article mainly elaborated the development in railway and highway construction industry under the background, the construction enterprise mechanical equipment management in the process of the main problems and solve these problems some countermeasures, in order to machinery and equipment in construction enterprises scientific management provides some use for reference and points out that the scientific and effective management of construction machinery and equipment is a complex system engineering involving multidisciplinary, far from this paper can clarify, construction enterprise equipment management and scientific needs to seriously, in order to ensure that the economic benefits of construction production smoothly and mechanical equipment.
