摘　　要：研究了两个不同组织间的协调活动,分析的对象为物流外包关系及其跨组织协调需求。讨论了运用包括非正式协调、正式的跨组织团体以及综合角色等不同横向协调机制形式的可能性。得出的主要结论是通过实行上述横向协调机制来发展横向组织能力并且积极的把它推荐给客户可以成为物流服务提供商的一种潜在的竞争优势。In this paper,we studied the coordinated activity between two heterogeneous organizations to analyze their logistics outsourcing relationship and demand for cross-organizational coordination,discussed the possibility of different horizontal coordination mechanisms,and at the end,concluded that developing horizontal organizational capacity through implementing the abovementioned horizontal coordination mechanism and actively recommending it to the customers would be a potential advantage of the logistics service providers.
