基于混合多属性决策的应急物流中心选址方法研究

摘　　要：在梳理应急物流中心选址研究成果的基础上,充分考虑影响选址的技术、经济、环境和社会等四大因素,构建衡量应急物流中心选址的混合多属性指标体系,并提出了混合多属性值转化和模糊数清晰化的计算方法,进而建立了应急物流中心选址决策方法。最后,通过具体实例验证方法的有效性、可操作性和创新性。In this paper,on the basis of a summary of the available researches on the location allocation of the emergency logistics centers,and after fully considering the technological,economical,environmental and social factors on the final location decision made,we built a hybrid multi-attribute index system to measure the score of the locations of the emergency logistics center,proposed the method for the conversion of the hybrid multiple attributes and the clarification of the fuzzy numbers,and at the end,developed the corresponding decisionmaking process.At last,through an empirical example,we demonstrated the validity,operability and innovativeness of the method.
