摘　　要：介绍了我国农村电商的发展趋势,并提出了其中存在的主要问题,指出"最后一公里"问题是制约农村电商发展的瓶颈所在。提出基于LBS和O2O模式建立农村物流配送信息平台,介绍了信息平台的运作流程和市场推广策略,并指出该信息平台的建立将对农民、电商企业和物流企业产生积极影响,推动农村电商快速发展。In this paper,we introduced the development trend of the rural e-businesses in China,pointed out the major problems existing therein and argued that the last-mile problem was the bottleneck to its development.Next,we proposed to establish the rural logistics distribution information platform based on the LBS and O2 O mode,introduced the operational process and marketing strategy of the platform,and at the end,introduced the positive changes to come from the establishment of the platform.
