摘　　要：首先对当前我国电器电子产品回收处理现状和生产者责任延伸制进行了简要阐述,然后对供应链管理、信息通讯技术、企业资源计划系统发展现状进行了分析,最后以信息通讯技术、因特网为手段,构建了电器电子产品逆向物流管理集成模型。该模型的应用能使生产商和进口商满足生产者责任延伸制的要求,并提高电器电子产品回收率、企业的核心竞争力和消费者的满意度。In this paper,we first introduced briefly the current status and extended producer accountability system of the recycling and disposal of the electrical and electronic products in China,then analyzed the development of the SCM technologies,communication technologies and ERP systems therein,and at the end,established the corresponding reverse logistics management integration model.
