摘　　要：针对军队车辆器材保障库存管理现状进行了分析,并对基于供应链的库存管理进行研究,提出了库存管理的四种模式,以改善部队车材保障中的库存管理水平,最终提高整个车材供应链的管理效率。In this paper,we analyzed the current status of the current status of the military vehicle support and inventory management mode of the Chinese army,studied the supply chain based inventory management mode,and then proposed four alternative inventory management practices to ultimately improve the management efficiency of the entire military vehicle supply chain.
