益气养阴中药对实验性结核菌感染小鼠细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：本项目收集和整理古今防治肺痨的方剂文献,建立肺痨病证方剂数据库,应用基于熵的复杂系统聚堆方法,快速筛选出防治肺痨的中药核心组合,在此基础上对筛选出的益气养阴中药核心组合进行实验验证。实验证明,益气养阴中药能在一定程度上改善结核菌感染的小鼠免疫功能,影响细胞因子,从而间接说明益气养阴中药对结核病有一定疗效。Both the traditional and modern prescriptions of preventing and curing lung-asthenia are cited as typical examples in the project, and the research aims at developing a new mode to invent some new traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and cure tuberculosis, with the method of the assembly of complicated system based on entropy, the nuclear combination of variey of traditional Chinese medicine is swifly screened out and tested~ The test shows that the traditional Chinese medicine（ benefiting vital energy and nourishing yin） would to some extent improve the immune capability of the mouses who have infected the tuberculosis acteria and affect some cytokine. Therefore it demonstrates indirectly that it has some curative effect to tuberculosis.
