扶肾降浊方对系膜增生性肾炎大鼠肾小管间质损害的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察扶肾降浊方对系膜增生性肾炎大鼠肾小管间质损害的保护作用。方法:采用系膜增生性肾炎模型,将大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、扶肾降浊方组、贝那普利组。分别观察实验16周和20周末扶肾降浊方对系膜增生性肾炎大鼠的肾功能、肾组织病理变化的影响,并设贝那普利为阳性对照组。结果:16周和20周末模型组及用药组大鼠血液肌酐、尿素氮、β2-微球蛋白和24 h尿蛋白均明显高于正常组,中药组、贝那普利组均较模型组明显降低;模型组肾小管损害明显,肾间质纤维化显著,且随造模时间延长病变程度逐渐加重,中药组和贝那普利组肾小管损害较轻,肾间质局灶性纤维化。结论:扶肾降浊方能改善系膜增生性肾炎大鼠肾功能,减轻肾小管间质损害,具有肾脏保护作用。Objective： To observed the effect of ＂supporting kidney to eliminate turbid fluid＂ prescription on protection of tubulointerstitial injury in rats with mesangial proliferative glomernlonephritis. Methods：Using mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis model, rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, TCM group and western medicine group. Experiments were observed for 16weeks and 20weeks of effect of TCM which can support kidney to eliminate turbid fluid on protection of tubulointerstitial injury in rats with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, and set benazepril served as positive controls. Results After making model for 16weeks,20weeks, the rats blood creatinine,urea nitrogen, ~2＂ MG and 24-hour urine protein of model group and TCM group were significantly higher than normal group, compared with the model group, TCM group and bcnazepril group were decreased significantly; Tubular damage, renal interstitial fibrosis were obviously observed on model group and increased with age, TCM group and benazepril group had less tubular damage, renal interstitial focal fibrosis. Conclusion：TCM which can support kidney to eliminate turbid fluid can improve the kidney function of the rats with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, decrease the tubulointerstitial injury and protect the kidney.
