回阳针法治疗脾肾阳虚型更年期综合症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察回阳针法治疗脾肾阳虚型更年期综合症的临床疗效。方法:60例脾肾阳虚型更年期综合症患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予回阳针法治疗,对照组给予口服替勃龙片治疗,治疗24周后比较2组患者的症状kupperman评分改善情况。结果:治疗组在总有效率及症状kupperman评分的改善方面明显优于对照组。结论:回阳针法治疗脾肾阳虚型更年期综合症的疗效较好。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Hui-yang acupuncture in treating climacteric syndrome with spleen-kidney yang deficiency. Methods：60 patients with climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. There were 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 in the control group. The patients in control group were treated by Tibolone;while the patients in treatment group were treated by Hui-yang acupuncture. After 24weeks of the treatment, compared the Kupperman scores and judge the total effective rate. Results：The total effective rate and the kupperman scores of the treatment group showed significantly greater improvement than the control roup, Conclusion：It has good clinical effect to treat climacteric syndrome with spleen-kidney yang deficiency by Hui-yang acupuncture.
