摘　　要：神经再生是目前神经科学和临床研究的热点和难点,其中神经干细胞的生成、增殖、迁移、分化是其关键,补阳还五汤用于多种中枢和外周神经系统疾病取得了良好的效果。中医药理论和近年来实验研究结果表明,补阳还五汤有促进神经再生的作用,其机制可能包括改善神经生长局部微环境,促进NTFs类物质的表达,降低神经抑制因子的表达而减轻继发性损伤,最终诱导NSC增殖、迁移及定向分化,有助于神经再生。Nerve regeneration is central and difficult issue in neuroscience and chnlcal research at present, t^eneratmn, proliferation, migration, differentiation of the neural stem cells is the key. Traditional Chinese Medicine as treasures of Chinese medicine has made some progress in terms of promoting the study of central nervous regeneration , Buyanghuanwu soup has achieved good results of central and peripheral nervous system diseases among them. Chinese medicine theory and experimental results recently show that Buyanghuanwu soup has the effect of promoting nerve regeneration, the mechanism may including： ①Improving the local microenvironment of nerve growth and Promoting the expression of NTFs substances; ②reducing nerve inhibitory factor expression and mitigating secondary injury, inducing the proliferation, migration and directed differentiation of NSC eventually, promoting nerve regeneration. Multi-target, multi-channel mechanism of Buyanghuanwu soup reveal that Buyanghuanwu soup has a good prospect Regeneration in the nervous system.
