摘　　要：目的统计分析某二甲医院2014年住院死亡病例情况,以改进医院管理、提高医疗质量。方法根据该院2014年住院病案首页数据库信息,以第一诊断为死因进行分类,按照国际疾病分类(ICD-10)标准进行统计分析。结果该院2014年住院患者病死率(1.14%)高于卫生计生委对二甲医院的要求(0.4%);引起死亡的前五种疾病分别是脑血管疾病(54例)、恶性肿瘤(48例)、呼吸系统疾病(45例)、心脏病(17例)、创伤或中毒(11例);死亡病例疾病原因分布基本符合2013年度我国死亡疾病分布,死亡病例类型分布反映了该院对危重患者的救治情况;重症监护病房(ICU)、普通病房死亡病例分布反映出该院危重症救治资源使用情况。结论该院需要根据实际情况,采取各方面措施逐步完善管理措施,降低骤发危重型患者的病死率,提高医疗质量,保证患者安全。Objective To conduct the statistics on the inpatients death situation in a grade 2A hospital in order to im-prove the hospital management and increase the medical quality. Methods The death inpatients were classified with the first diagnosis as the death cause according to the information in the home page data information of inpatients medical records during2014. The statistical analysis was performed according to the standard of the international classification of diseases（ICD-10）. Results The inpatients mortality rate in our hospital was 1.14% during 2014, which was higher than the requirement（0.4%） of the Health and Family Planning Commission on the grade 2A hospital;the top 5 diseases causing death were cerebral vascular disease（54 cases）,malignant tumor（48 cases）,respiratory system disease（45 cases）,heart disease（17 cases） and trauma or poisoning（11 cases）;the disease causes distribution of death cases basically conformed to the death diseases distribution in our country dur-ing 2013,the death types distribution reflected the rescue and treatment situation in this hospital;the death cases distribution in ICU and general wards reflected the use situation of critical illness rescue and treatment resource. Conclusion The hospital need to adopt all aspects of measures for gradually perfecting the management measures,reducing the mortality rate in the patients with suddenly critical illness,increasing the medical quality and ensuring the patient′s safety.
