摘  要:采用旱育秧和湿润育秧技术培育不育系和保持系秧苗,研究了不育系珍汕97A的繁殖技术。结果如下:(1)旱育秧秧苗矮化,分蘖迟缓,叶片生长慢,秧苗素质不如湿润育秧秧苗。(2)湿润育秧始穗期比旱育秧早2—3d,齐穗期比旱育秧早5d,始穗-齐穗历时比旱育秧短2—3d。(3)不育系湿润育秧种子产量显著高于不育系旱育秧,以不育系湿润育秧和保持系旱育秧处理的产量最高为118.3kg/667m^2。增产的主要原因是不育系湿润育秧穗型大、结实率高。Seed production technology of sterile line Zhenshan 97A was studied to increase yield, by using seedling in dry-land and in wet-land conditions. The results were as follows:(1)height of seedling in dry-land condition was dwarf, growth of leaf and tiller was slow, resulting in seedling quality in dry-land condition than seedling quality in wet-land condition; (2)Day of seedling in wet-land condition from sowing to 10% heading was 2-3d earlier than that of seedling in dry-land condition, day of seedling in wet-land condition from sowing to 80% heading was 5d earlier than that of seedling in dry-land condition, and duration of seedling in wet-land condition from 10% heading to 80% heading was 2-3d shorter than that of seedling in dry-land condition; (3) Yield of seed production by using seedling of sterile line Zhenshan 97A in wet-land condition and seedling of maintainer line Zhenshan 97B was 1774.5kg per hectare, the highest in 4 modes of seed production t in dry-land condition. The main reason is that panicle of sterile line Zhenshan 97A in wet-land condition is large and seed setting rate of sterile line Zhenshan 97A in wet-land condition is high.
