摘 要:研究表明,碳纤维布加固矩形柱前进行圆弧化处理有利于柱构件三向均匀受力,避免应力集中而提前破坏,提高碳纤维材料使用效率。阐述了CFRP约束圆柱的受力机理,通过对9根圆弧化处理柱轴心抗压试验,分析了柱尺寸对碳纤维布加固圆弧化处理柱轴压力学性能的影响。以小尺寸柱峰值应力值为基准,全包裹1层、2层和3层CFRP布的中尺寸和大尺寸柱峰值应力值分别为109%和54%、78%和50%、67%和58%。试验结果表明,方柱圆弧化处理后存在尺寸效应,随着构件尺寸和约束量的增大,尺寸效应更明显。Studies have shown that arc treatment before reinforcing rectangular column by CFRP can uniform force in three directions,avoid stress concentration ahead of the destruction and improve efficiency in the use of carbon fiber materials. An experimental study was conducted to investigate into the stress mechanism of columns wrapped with CFRP. Based on the axial compression tests of 9 cylinders that were circularized from square columns,size effect of columns that confined by different amount of CFRP were analyzed. Peak stress of the small size columns as a benchmark,when full packaged by CFRP in layer of one,two and three,the peak stress of medium and large size columns are 109% and 54%,78% and 50%,67% and 58%. Test results showthat size effect exists in arc treatment columns. As the size and the amount of restraint increasing,size effect is more obvious.
