摘  要:玻化微珠保温砂浆具有抗老化性及防火性能,黏结性好,不空鼓开裂,作为无机保温材料的代表,在外保温隔热系统中的应用迅速增加;系统中保温砂浆的拉伸黏结强度对整个玻化微珠保温砂浆外保温隔热系统的耐久性和安全性具有重要的影响。为研究寒冷及严寒地区,冻融损伤对玻化微珠保温砂浆拉伸黏结强度的影响,设计快速冻融循环试验,测定冻融前后的拉伸黏结强度。试验结果表明:冻融循环作用后,玻化微珠保温砂浆的拉伸黏结强度随冻融循环次数的增加而降低;100次冻融循环后,拉伸黏结强度为0.217 MPa,强度损失率达36.4%,满足行业标准对保温材料的要求。Glazed hollowbeads( GHBs) thermal insulation mortar is a newtype of inorganic thermal insulation materials with good properties of aging and fire resistance,goodadhesion and nocracking. As the typical representative of inorganic thermal insulation materials,GHBs thermal insulation mortar is widely used in external thermal insulation system. The tensile bond strength of it plays an important role in the durability and safety of the external thermal insulation system. In order to investigate the tensile bond strength of GHBs thermal insulation mortar under the effect of repetitive freezing- thawing cycles,a fast freezing- thawing test was conducted. The result of test showed that the tensile bond strength is decreased linearly with the increase of freezing- thawing cycles. After 100 freezing- thawing cycles,the tensile bond strength is 0.217 M Pa with a 36.4%of strength loss,which meets the requirements of professional standard.
