摘　　要：为实现太原基准地震台档案资料的电子化管理和充分利用,首先对现有的资料进行收集和分类整理,并将部分纸质资料进行数字化加工,转换成电子文档,搭建文档管理系统,实现分类管理。通过列举文档管理系统在日常工作中的应用实例,说明该电子管理系统实现了对资料的有效管理。In order to realize the electronic management and effective use of file data of the Taiyuan Reference Seismological Station , firstly ,the existing data are collected and classified ;Then ,part of paper documents are transformed into electronic editions ;Finally , a document management system is built to achieve classification management .By listing the application examples of document man‐agement system in the daily work ,the effective management of the electronic management system to data is clarified .
