摘　　要：为促进中国农产品加工业发展的政策制定提供参考,利用1952—2012年中国农产品加工业的相关统计数据,归纳分析新中国成立以来中国农产品加工业的产业增长趋势、行业结构变化、区域布局调整以及经济效益情况。结果表明:建国以来,特别是近十年来,中国农产品加工业发展速度不断加快,年均增速达15%以上。农产品加工业占农业总产值的比重不断上升,但占工业总产值的比重呈持续下降趋势。食品工业在农产品加工业中的比重明显上升,纺织工业占比显著下降,两者合计产值占农产品加工业总产值的比重超过70%。中西部及东北地区与东部地区的农产品加工业发展差距显著缩小。农产品加工业的总资产贡献率、工业成本费用利润率逐年提高,资产负债率逐年下降。The industrial growth trend,industrial structure change,regional distribution adjustment and economical benefit of China agricultural products processing industry were analyzed inductively based on the related statistical data from 1952 to 2012to provide a reference for policy-making of agricultural products processing industry in China.Results：The development speed of China agricultural products processing industry has accelerated continuously since 1952,especially recent decade and the annual average growth rate is over 15%.The proportion of agricultural products processing industry in total agricultural output value rises continuously but the proportion in total industrial output value shows a continuous declining trend.The proportion of food industry in agricultural products processing industry rises obviously but the proportion of textile industry in agricultural products processing industry decreases significantly and the proportion of the output value from food and textile industries in total output value from agricultural products processing industry is over 70%.The development gap in agricultural products processing industry between Eastern Region and Midwest Region, Northeast Region is narrow significantly.Total asset＇s contribution rate of agricultural products processing industry and total profit rate of industrial costs and expenses increase with years and the asset-liability ratio declines year by year.
