摘　　要：从移动数据业务精益运营体系建设的必要性入手,分析了移动运营商与互联网公司在大数据应用上的差距,提出了移动数据业务精益运营体系的设计理念和功能规划,详细阐述了平台架构和相关业务流程。From the necessity of constructing a big-data lean operation system for mobile data services, this paper analyzes the gap between mobile carriers and internet companies in applying big data, proposes the design concepts and functional planning of a big-data lean operation system for mobile data services, and details the platform architecture and related service procedures.
