摘　　要：顶岗实习是高校旅游管理专业人才培养的重要途径和手段。通过探讨建立静态和动态相结合的顶岗实习企业评价指标及其实施路径,阐述建立企业综合评价体系对完善职业培养机制、创新人才培养模式、丰富顶岗实习理论依据的现实意义。In- post internship is a crucial means for personnel training as far as the related college tourism management programs are concerned. Through probing into establishing the enterprise evaluation index of in- post internship and the implementation approach from static and dynamic perspective,this paper elaborates on the importance of establishing the comprehensive evaluation system for the improvement of the training mechanism,the innovation of the personnel training mode and the enrichment of theories on the in- post internship.
