摘  要:采用Co45NiCrWB和B-Ni54NbCoWCrS两种钎料对K447A镍基铸造高温合金进行了高温真空钎焊试验并做了后续热处理。结果表明,两种钎料钎焊接头致密完整,性能良好;钎焊接头的高温拉伸性能均都达到母材强度的60%以上;Co45NiCrWB钎料钎焊接头的高温持久性能要远好于B-Ni54NbCoWCrS钎料钎焊接头的高温持久性能。High temperature vacuum brazing and heat treatment of K447 A nickel-base casting superalloy using Co45NiCrWB and BNi54NbCoWCrS brazing fillers were carried out. The results show that the brazed joints of the above filler metals are compact and have good properties. The tensile property at high temperature of brazed joints reaches more than 60% of strength of the base metal. The high temperature stress-rupture property of joints with Co45NiCrWB filler metal is close to the strength of the base metal,while the other one is only half of the base metal.
