摘  要:采用激光钎焊技术,连接钴铬合金与不锈钢异质材料。通过扫描电镜、光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪等设备及弯曲试验等测试方法,对比分析了添加银基钎料与未添加银基钎料的激光焊接头的组织和性能。结果表明,与未添加银基钎料的接头相比,添加银基钎料的接头组织与性能得到明显改善,接头组织中γ-Fe相含量增加,Cr_2Ni_3,Ni_(17)W_3等金属间化合物相含量减少,不锈钢侧熔合区形成黑色反应层宽度减少,弯曲角度增加,塑性增大。未添加银基钎料接头弯曲角度约为80°,断口呈现韧-脆混合断裂特征,韧窝较大。添加银基钎料后,接头弯曲角度达到130°,断口呈现韧性断裂特征,韧窝较小。Co-Cr alloys and stainless steels were joined by laser brazing with filler metals. Microstructures and properties of joints with and without Ag-based filler metals were analyzed and discussed by SEM,optical microscopy,X-ray diffraction and bending tests and other testing methods. The results showed that microstructures and properties of the joint with Ag-based filler metals are improved significantly compared with the joint without Ag-based filler metals. More γ-Fe phase and less intermetallic compounds such as Cr_2Ni_3,Ni_(17)W_3 formed in the joint with Ag-based filler metals,which leads to the reduction of the width of black reaction layer formed in the fusion zone near stainless steel side,the increases of bending angle and weld plasticity. The bending angle without Ag-based filler metals is only 80° and the corresponding fracture surface exhibits the ductile-brittle mixed fracture characteristics with larger dimple. Using the Ag-based filler metals,the joint bending angle can reach up to 130° and the joint fracture mode is ductile fracture characteristics with smaller dimple.
