摘 要:以电力系统新型接地网材料不锈钢包钢复合材料的铝热焊接技术为背景,以Al粉、CuO和Cu_2O粉末为基体制备新型铝热焊粉,考察了添加铜磷合金、硼酐、萤石粉、硅钡钙等合金粉末对接地网材料铝热焊接成形质量的影响,并对接头组织形貌和性能进行测试研究。结果表明,添加合金粉末可以明显改善铝热焊接接头成形质量,合金粉末有效地起到了除气、排渣、净化作用,接头内部无气孔、夹渣,表面光滑,无裂纹缺陷。铝热焊接接头熔点、力学性能等测试结果表明,制备的新型铝热焊粉完全可以满足电力接地装置的工程应用。New exothermic welding powders were developed to join the stainless steel clad steel materials which had broad application prospects in grounding grid. For the preparation of these exothermic welding powders,pure Al powders,CuO powders and Cu_2O powders were mixed as matrix and some alloying powders such as CuP,boron oxide,fluorite and SiG aB a powders were added. Effect of the alloying powders on the quality of stainless steel clad steel joints was evaluated. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were also studied.The results showed that the addition of alloying powders played important role in purifying the joints during chemical reaction process. As a result,the joints showed perfect microstructure without pores and inclusions. The joint strength also revealed that the new exothermic welding powders can completely satisfy the requirements in application of grounding grid.
