健脾益气方结合化疗对晚期大肠癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察健脾益气方结合化疗对晚期大肠癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法将56例晚期大肠癌患者随机分为2组。对照组28例单纯给予常规化疗;治疗组28例在对照组基础上加用健脾益气方治疗。均治疗1个疗程后比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平(CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+)及生活质量变化。结果 2组治疗后中医证候总积分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后生活质量增稳率82.1%,对照组60.7%,治疗组生活质量改善优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平明显升高(P<0.05),CD8^+水平明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾益气方治疗晚期大肠癌可明显改善患者中医证候,提高患者生活质量,有效增强患者机体免疫功能,减轻化疗毒副作用,具有减毒增效的功效。Objective To study the effects of Tonifying Spleen and Qi formula combined with chemotherapy on the living quality and immune function in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 56 subjects with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups.28 subjects in control group were treated by routine chemotherapy.28 subjects in treatment group were treated by Tonifying Spleen and Qi formula on the basis of control group treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） scores before and after one course was compared in two groups.The T-cell subgroup（ CD4^＋,CD8^＋and CD4^＋/CD8^＋） levels and the changes of living quality were observed after one course.Results The total TCM scores after treatment were obviously decreased as compared with those in before treatment in two groups（ P〈0.05）,and the decrease in treatment group was more significant than that in control group（ P〈0.05）.The increase and stability rate of living quality after treatment in treatment and control group was 82.1% and 60.7% respectively,and the improvement of living quality in treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P〈0.05）.The levels of T-cell subgroup（ CD4^＋and CD4^＋/CD8^＋） after treatment were obviously decreased as compared with those in before treatment in two groups（ P〈0.05）,and the level of CD8^＋was lower（ P〈0.05）,and the decrease in treatment group was more significant than that in control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tonifying Spleen and Qi formula combined with chemotherapy can significant improve TCM syndrome,enhance living quality,and enhance immune function,reduce chemotherapy toxic and side-effects,which has the effects of toxicity reducing and efficacy enhancing.
