小柴胡汤加味治疗肛肠术后非感染性发热的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察小柴胡汤加味治疗肛肠病术后非感染性发热的临床疗效。方法将180例肛肠科术后非感染性发热患者随机分为2组。治疗组95例予小柴胡汤加味治疗,对照组85例予对乙酰氨基酚片治疗。对其服药前后疗效、起效时间、解热时间、中医症状积分等进行统计学分析。结果 2组低热组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组中、高热组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗3 d后中医症状积分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组中、高热组中医症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组降温起效时间及解热时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小柴胡汤加味治疗肛肠病术后非感染性发热疗效确切,临床应用安全,退热效果更为显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of modified Xiao-chaihu decoction on the treatment of non-infectious fever after the operation for anorectal diseases.Methods 180 post-operative anorectal diseases patients with non-infectious fever were randomly divided into two groups.95 patients in treatment group were treated by modified Xiao-chaihu decoction.85 patients in control group were treated by paracetamol tablets.The curative effects,onset time,antipyretic time and traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） symptom score before and after treatment were conducted in two groups.Results There were no statistical differences on curative effects in low-grade fever group between two groups（ P〉0.05）,and the curative effects of middle and high grade fever group in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P〈0.05）.The TCM scores 3 d after treatment were obviously decreased in two group（ P〈0.01）,and the TCM scores of middle and high grade fever group in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0.01）.There were no statistical differences on onset and antipyretic time between two groups（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion Modified Xiao-chaihu decoction has exact effect on non-infectious fever after the operation for anorectal diseases,which is safe in the clinical application,has better antipyretic effects,and worthy of clinical application.
