摘　　要：通过系统检索国外文献,界定医疗机构药品使用信息透明的内涵,构建概念框架。医疗机构用药信息透明的含义为:医疗机构对利益相关者披露用药相关信息,且披露信息具备相关性、易获取性、易理解性、清晰性、完整性、及时性。医疗机构出于用药监管或沟通与对话的目的,披露用药相关信息,利益相关者感知和使用该信息,从而通过竞争、问责及其他压力促使医疗机构改善用药质量与绩效,最终达到透明效果。We define the connotation of transparency of drug use information in medical institutions and construct the conceptual framework through reviewing the foreign literature about information transparency. The transparency of drug use information in medical institutions is that medical institutions disclosure the drug use information to stakeholders, and the information must be relevant, accessible, understanding, clear, complete and timely. Medical institutions disclosure relative drug use information for drug regulatory, communication and dialogue. The stakehold- ers perceive and use this information, and promote medical institutions to improve the quality and performance of drug use through competition, responsibility and other pressure, so as to ultimately achieve transparency effect.
