摘　　要：阐述我国社区首诊制的发展现状,分析卫生服务供方、卫生服务需方、医院以及医疗保险对居民社区首诊的影响,为完善我国社区首诊制提供理论依据。This paper elaborates the development status of the Gate - Keeper system in China, and analyzes the influence of health service providers, health service demanders, hospitals and medical insurance on residents＇Gate - Keeper, so as to provide theoretical basis for perfecting the Gate - Keeper system in China.
