基于泰尔指数的广东省卫生资源配置公平性分析

摘　　要：目的:对广东省2009-2013年卫生资源配置公平性进行分析,为制定优化卫生资源配置的相关政策提供科学依据。方法:运用泰尔指数法分析广东省2009-2013年卫生资源配置公平性。结果:2009-2013年广东省每千人口拥有床位数、医生数、护士数呈递增趋势;广东省、各地区内部及地区间卫生资源配置泰尔指数呈逐年下降趋势;床位配置公平性优于医生配置。结论:卫生资源配置公平性不断改善;卫生资源配置的地区间差异及地区内差异突出;卫生硬件资源配置公平性优于卫生人力资源配置公平性。Objective： To analyze the equity of health resources allocation in Guangdong Province form 2009 to 2013, to provide,scientific basis for optimizing health resources allocation. Methods： The equity of health resources allocation was analyzed with Theil Index. Results： Guangdong province in 2009 - 2013 per thousand population number of beds, number of doctors, nurses showed a trend of increasing. Guangdoug province, regional internal and regional health resources allocation Theil Index decline year by year. Beds allocation fairness is better than that of the doctor configuration. Conclusions： The equity of health resources allocation is improving year by year. Gaps among different areas and internal cities in same area are still existed. And the equity of hardware resources is better than that of human resources.
