摘　　要：随着病案服务需求的增加以及病案利用范围的不断扩大,医院对基于计算机技术、网络技术与条形码技术建立的病案管理系统的需求越来越大。武汉市某医院建立了病案示踪系统,实现了回收、整理、质控、首页编码录入、数字化病案形成和纸质病案装箱、病案复印各个环节的全程监控,及时跟踪纸质病案的状态与质量。该病案示踪系统主要通过条形码技术实现病案追踪,通过数字化实现存储与调阅,提高了病案流通环节的工作效率,实现了管理过程中的病案"零丢失",大大提高了纸质病案的利用价值。With increasing service demand and expanding application range of medical record, the demand of medical record management technology based on computer technology, network technology and bar - code technology becomes higher and higher. The medical record tracing system is built up in a hospital in Wuhan to sign, sort, control quality, code, pack and copy medical records. It tracks the status and quality of paper medical record. It traces medical record by bar - code technology, stores and retrieves by digitizing, so that it improved work efficiency of the medical record circulation, realized the ＂zero loss＂ of medical record in the process of medical record management, improved the value of the paper medical record.
