摘  要:目的探讨鼻内镜下射频热凝鼻后下神经和筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法将我院检查确诊的118例AR患者随机分成2组,对照组59例采用鼻用糖皮质激素联合口服抗组胺药物治疗,观察组59例采用鼻内镜下射频热凝鼻后下神经和筛前神经治疗,对比临床治疗效果及患者临床症状改善情况。结果观察组有效率明显高于对照组,观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后各项症状评分均较治疗前和对照组明显减少,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下射频热凝鼻后下神经和筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎可明显改善患者临床症状,疗效显著,值得推广、应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of allergic rhinitis with nasal endoscopic radio frequency thermal coagulation.Methods 118 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,59 patients in the control group,who were taken routine nasal corticosteroids and oral antihistamines drugs,and 59 patients observed group who adopted nasal endoscopic radiofrequency treatment of posterior inferior nasal nerve and anterior ethmoidal nerve.Their clinical therapeutic effect was compared.Results The efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The treatment of allergic rhinitis with nasal endoscopic radio frequency thermal coagulation to coagulate the posterior inferior nasal nerve and anterior ethmoid nerve can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,and it is worth to be popularized and applied.
