摘  要:本文通过对65#硬线盘条的试轧生产进行总结得出,在实际生产过程中为保证盘条同圈组织和性能的稳定,可适当提高开轧温度。同时在精轧前水冷过程中不可以为了节约小成本关闭部分水冷箱,从而造成组织和性能的波动,影响成材率,因而要尽可能把水冷箱全部打开。By summarizing the 65 # try hard wire rod mill production, the paper concludes that the rollingtemperature can be appropriately increased in order to ensure the stability of the structure and property of wirerod with ring in the actual production process. At the same time, it is not permitted to shut down part of the wa-ter cooling tank in the process of water cooling in order to save cost, which may lead to the fluctuation of struc-ture and property, and affect the product ration. Therefore, it is necessary to turn on all the water cooling tankas much as possible.
