高校国家助学贷款中的诚信问题及对策分析

摘　　要：诚实守信既是我国传统道德对人们的基本要求,也是我国法律法规对人们的基本规范,是维系我国正常社会关系的必要条件。当前我国社会正处于转型的关键阶段,在这个特殊时期,社会各领域都不同程度地存在不诚信的问题,这些问题进一步激化了伦理道德建设和经济发展之间的矛盾。在高等学校,国家针对贫困生的助学贷款在实施过程中也出现了严重的诚信缺失问题,使国家政策不能发挥应有的作用。围绕高校国家助学贷款政策实施过程中的诚信问题展开探讨,分析该问题的现实表现,研究其产生的原因,并针对这些原因提出几点意见和建议。Credibility and integrity are the basic moral level and legal aspects of the human requirements.They play an essential role in maintaining the normal relationships.Our country is at a critical stage of social transformation.And there are phenomenon of lack of credibility in different fields,resulting in an increasing contradiction between moral construction and economic construction.There are problems of incredibility of national student loan in universities too,which serious affects realizing the role of the national policy.This article,concerning about the above mentioned problem in universities,mainly analyzes the reflected phenomenon and the causes so as to provide some countermeasures.
