摘　　要：利用硅烷偶联剂KH560改性自制水性硝化纤维以改善其贮存稳定性和其胶膜的耐水性、热稳定性以及力学性能,成功得到改性水性硝化纤维乳液。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、热重分析、粒度仪、透射电子显微镜等方法研究了KH560含量对乳液及其胶膜性能的影响。结果表明,当KH560用量为0.200 g时,所得乳液及胶膜性能最佳,乳液为淡黄色且泛蓝光,平均粒径为75.73 nm,能自然存放超过90 d,其胶膜吸水率为4.5%,拉伸强度为13.2 MPa,断裂伸长率308.2%,耐水性、力学性能及热稳定性明显提高。The home-made waterborne nitrocellulose emulsion was modified by silane coupling agent KH560 aiming to improve the storage stability of the emulsion and the water resistance, thermal stability and mechanical properties of its cured film, obtaining a modified waterborne nitrocellulose emulsion successfully. The effect of KH560 content on the properties of the emulsion and its film was studied by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, particle size analysis and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the emulsion prepared with 0.200 g of KH560 has the best properties, so does its film. The emulsion is light yellow with blue gloss, and stable during the storage at natural state for more than 90 d, with an average particle size of 75.73 nm. Its film has a water absorption of 4.5%, tensile strength 13.2 MPa, and elongation at break 308.2%, showing an obvious improvement in water resistance, mechanical properties and thermal stability.
