摘 要:以乙二酸和氨基胍碳酸氢盐为原料,通过成环、硝化、成盐反应合成了5,5’-二硝胺基-3,3’-联-1,2,4-三唑碳酰肼盐(CBNT)。采用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、元素分析表征了其结构。采用差热分析-热重法(DTA—TG)研究了CBNT的热行为,并测试了其撞击感度和摩擦感度。结果表明,CBNT的放热分解峰的温度为229℃,它的撞击感度%。为89cm,摩擦感度(爆炸百分数)为4%~8%。5,5'-Dinitramino-3, 3'-biE1.2.4-triazolatel carbohydrazide salt(CBNT) was synthesized via ring formation reaction, nitration reaction and salt formation reaction using oxalic acid and aminoguanidiniurn bicarbonate as starting materials. Its structure was characterized by IR, NMR and elemental analysis. The thermal behavior of CBNT was studied by differential thermal analysis Ithermogravimetry (DTA-TG) and its impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity were measured. Results show that the temperature of exothermic decomposition peak for CBNT is 229 ℃. Its impact sensitivity ( H50 ) is 89 cm, and friction sensitivity in explosion percentage is 4% -8%.
