摘  要:目的:探讨运脾颗粒对幼龄厌食模型大鼠消化功能的影响。方法:将60只SD幼龄大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组(儿宝颗粒,1.75 g/kg)、运脾颗粒高剂量组(4.20 g/kg)、运脾颗粒中剂量组(2.10 g/kg)、运脾颗粒低剂量组(1.05 g/kg),每组10只,模型建立后灌胃给药。结果:与模型对照组比较,运脾颗粒不同剂量组体质量均有不同程度的增加(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,运脾颗粒不同剂量组24小时摄食量均有不同程度的增加(P<0.05);与模型组对照组比较,运脾颗粒高剂量组大鼠胃排空率和肠推进率明显增大(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,运脾颗粒各剂量组大鼠脾脏指数均明显减小(P<0.05)。结论:运脾颗粒对幼龄厌食模型大鼠一定的调节作用。Objective: To explore the influence of YunPi granules on digestive function of juvenile rats with anorexia. Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomized into normal control group, model control group, positive control group(Er Bao granules, 1.75 g/kg), high(4.20 g/kg), moderate(2.10 g/kg) and low(1.05 g/kg) doses groups of YunPi granules, ten rats each group, the models accepted intragastric administration after the models were established. Results: Compared with model control group, body weights of rats in different doses groups of YunPi granules increased in different degrees(P〈0.05); compared with the model control group, 24 hours food intake of the rats in different doses groups of YunPi granules increased to different extents(P〈0.05); compared with the model control group, gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsion rate increased remarkably in high dose group of YunPi granules(P〈0.05); compared with the model control group, spleen indexes of the rats in different doses groups of YunPi granules decreased notably(P〈0.05). Conclusion: YunPi granules could regulate juvenile rats with anorexia to a certain degree.
