摘  要:目的:探讨复方三七散对静脉留置针所致静脉内皮细胞凋亡的保护效果,为临床推广应用提供理论依据。方法:将30只成年新西兰大耳兔随机分为3组,每组10只,兔外耳缘静脉血管穿刺后留置静脉留置针,每天注射生理盐水20 m L。对照组不用任何药物,硫酸镁组给予50%硫酸镁纱布湿敷,复方三七散组给予复方三七散药粉和70%酒精混合药糊外敷,每天换药1次,连续观察10天后处死,取外耳缘静脉标本制作切片,观察HE染色法和TUNEL法标本的细胞凋亡情况。结果:HE染色法和TUNEL法都显示复方三七散组细胞凋亡均少于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论:复方三七散外敷对静脉留置针所致静脉内皮细胞凋亡具有保护作用,且效果优于硫酸镁。Objective: To provide theoretical evidence for clinical spread and application by exploring the effects of compound SanQi powder on venous indwelling needle-induced cellular apoptosis in venous endothelium.Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomized into three groups, ten rabbits each group, the rabbits were injected with physiological saline each day, 20 m L, after auricular vein of the rabbit were punctured and venous indwelling needle was retained, the control group was unhandled, magnesium sulfate group accepted 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress, compound SanQi powder group compound SanQi powder and 70% alcohol for external use, dressing changed once each day, the rabbits were sacrificed after observing for ten days consecutively, the sample of rabbit auricular vein was taken out and the slice was made, cellular apoptosis of the sample was observed after dealt with HE staining method and TUNEL method. Results: The results of HE staining method and TUNEL method demonstrated that compound SanQi powder was less than other two groups in cellular apoptosis(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Compound SanQi powder for external use could protect venous indwelling needle-induced cellular apoptosis in venous endothelium, and its effects are superior to these of magnesium sulfate.
