摘　　要：刘国安教授在慢性胆囊炎治疗中首重疏肝利胆止痛,以清利湿热,理气活血,行气止痛为主,虚实兼顾,标本同治,寒热共施。他结合多年临床经验进行总结,自制胆胰宁经验方,临床效果显著。Professor Liu paid attention to dispersing stagnated liver Qi, promoting bile flow and stopping the pain, clearing dampness-heat, regulating Qi and invigorating blood circulation, moving Qi and stopping the pain mainly in treating chronic cholecystitis, from two aspects： deficiency and excess. He made empirical prescription of DanYiNing, and the prescription could obtain notable effects.
