摘　　要：李妍怡教授认为脑病的中医辨证应提倡瘀血理论,"瘀血"是脑病发生的关键病因,辨证多样化的"活血化瘀"法是治疗脑病的大法,应贯穿脑病治疗始末。Professor Li Yanyi thinks that the theory of blood stasis should be advocated in TCM syndrome differentiation of encephalopathy, ＂blood stasis＂ is the key cause of encephalopathy, the method of ＂promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis＂ could be used in the treatment for encephalopathy based on syndrome differentiation and the diversity, and it could run through all the therapy.
