内外合治法治疗痰热闭肺型小儿肺炎喘嗽60例

摘　　要：目的:观察中医内外合治法治疗痰热闭肺型小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效。方法:将60例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用西医基础治疗,治疗组采用内服定喘止咳汤以及止咳贴外敷治疗,2组均治疗9天,比较2组临床疗效及临床症状、体征改善时间。结果:观察组发热、气促、咳嗽等临床症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。观察组痊愈22例,好转6例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%;对照组痊愈9例,好转12例,无效9例,总有效率70.0%。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<O.05)。结论:中医内外合法治疗痰热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽患儿临床疗效显著,并可快速改善临床症状及体征。Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM external and internal therapies in treating children with pneumonia of phlegm heat obstructing lung pattern. Methods： Sixty children were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases each group. The children of the control group received routine treatment of western medicine, the treatment group were treated by oral administration of Ding Chuan Zhi Ke Tang and external use of Zhi Ke plaster, both groups were treated for nine days, clinical effects, clinical symptoms, the improvement time of body signs were compared. Results： The treatment group was lower than the control group in disappearing time of clinical symptoms including fever, panting, cough and others（P〈0.05）, shorter than the control group in hospitalization time（P〈0.05）. There were 22 cases cured, six cases effective, and two cases ineffective,total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%; while there was nine cases cured, 12 cases effective, zero case ineffective, total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%. The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM external and internal therapies could obtain notable effects in treating children with pneumonia of phlegm heat obstructing lung pattern, and they could improve clinical symptoms and body signs rapidly.
