雾化吸入金莲花液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术腔黏膜中炎性细胞及白细胞介素-5的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察雾化吸入金莲花液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)患者术腔黏膜中炎性细胞数目和白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平的影响。方法:将106例行功能性内窥镜(FESS)术的CRS患者随机分为观察组、对照组各53例。2组术后均予以西医常规治疗,对照组同时给予鼻腔生理盐水雾化吸入治疗,观察组同时给予鼻腔金莲花液雾化吸入治疗。观察2组治疗前(T_0)、术后1个月(T_1)及术后3个月(T_2)筛窦腔黏膜中炎性细胞计数及IL-5含量。结果:炎性细胞数目及IL-5水平T_1、T_2时2组均较T_0时降低(P<0.05)。观察组各时段变化幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对行Fess术的CRS患者予以金莲花雾化吸入,可降低术腔黏膜中炎性细胞数目和IL-5含量,能有效缓解炎症反应。Objective： To observe the influence of JinLianHua fluid inhalation on the number of inflammatory cells and the levels of interleukin-5（IL-5） in nasal mucosa of the patients with chronic rhinosinusitis（CRS）. Methods：All 106 CRS patients who accepted functional endoscopic sinus surgery（Fess） were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 53 cases each group. Both groups were administered with routine treatment of western medicine, the control group accepted physiological saline inhalation, and the observation group JinLianHua fluid inhalation simultaneously. The number of inflammatory cells and the contents of IL-5 in ethmoid sinus were observed before treating（T0）, in one month（T_1） and three months（T_2） after treating. Results： The number of inflammatory cells and the contents of IL-5 at T_1 and T_2decreased compared with T_0 in both groups（P〈0.05）. The observation group was larger than the control group in the changes at different times（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： JinLianHua fluid inhalation given to CRS patients who received Fess could decrease the number of inflammatory cells and the contents of IL-5, and the therapy could effectively relieve the inflammation.
