摘 要:为了探究强化造粒初期SBR沉淀时间对颗粒污泥形成的影响,在颗粒形成的不同时间段(1~7d和8—14d)将反应器每个周期的沉淀时间由15min逐渐降低至5min,分析不同操作条件对好氧颗粒形成的影响。结果表明,沉淀时间缩短后,污泥沉降性能更好,反应器出水水质仅在短期内会受污泥流失的影响;随着沉淀时间的减少,促进了污泥胞外多聚物(EPS)含量的增加,其中TB—EPS及多糖含量增加幅度更大,有利于污泥颗粒化。To study the effect of sedimentation time on growing process of granular sludge in the initial stage of enhancing granulation in SBR, the sedimentation time in every running period of the reac- tor was reduced from 15 rain to 5 min in different time periods of granular formation from 1st to 7th day and from 8th to 14th day respectively. The effects of different operation conditions on the growing process of aerobic granular sludge were analyzed. The results showed that sludge settleability was better after reducing the sedimentation time, and the effluent quality could only be affected by sludge loss in short period. As the sedimentation time was reduced, the content of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) increased in which TB-EPS and polysaeeharide increased much more, which was beneficial for sludge granulation.
