摘 要:采用现场试验与实验室分析相结合的方式,探讨了NaClO对污水厂膨胀污泥中微生物活性的影响。结果表明,引起陕西渭南某污水处理厂污泥膨胀的丝状菌为微丝菌(M.parvicella),NaClO不能对其进行有效控制,反而使氨氮去除率下降到了50%,污泥的沉淀性能也未得到有效改善;NaClO对异养菌的抑制较小,而对自养菌抑制较大。同时,温度也会影响NaClO对自养菌持续抑制的时间,即温度越低,自养菌内源呼吸比例出现最大值的时间越晚,抑制时间就越长。因此采用NaClO抑制污泥膨胀时应充分考虑丝状菌的类型、自养菌恢复的难易程度等因素,以确保系统改善沉淀性能的同时,出水水质能快速恢复正常。was investigated causing sludge b The effect of NaClO on microbial activity of bulking sludge from sewage treatment plant by field test and laboratory analysis. The results showed that the filamentous bacterium ulking in a WWTP in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province was Microthrix parvicella. NaClO cannot effectively control Microthrix parvicella, but depressed ammonia nitrogen removal rate by 50%, without any improvement of sludge settleability. The inhibition of NaClO on heterotrophic bacteria wasweak, but on autotrophic bacteria was significant. At the same time, temperature could also affect the lasting time of inhibition on autotrophic bacteria. The lower the temperature was, the later the maximum endogenous respiration rate time occurred and the longer the inhibition time was. So, when using NaClO to inhibit sludge bulking, the type of the filamentous bacteria, the recovery ability of autotrophic bacteria and other factors should be taken into account, for good settleability and rapid recovery of effluent quality.
