摘 要:采用探头式超声波发生器处理某净水厂沉淀污泥,研究不同声能密度及超声时间作用下污泥的SCOD、蛋白质、多糖含量和污泥粒径的变化。结果表明,经超声处理后,污泥平均粒径明显降低,污泥的絮体结构遭到破坏;上清液中的溶出物(SCOD、蛋白质和多糖)含量随超声声能密度或作用时间的增加而增大。作用时间为10min、声能密度为3W/mL的超声处理对净水污泥的破解效果较理想。与无污泥回流工艺相比,回流2%~8%的超声污泥能够显著提高有机物去除率,对UV254和DOC的最高去除率分别可提高11%和17%。The settled sludge from a waterworks was disintegrated by a probe-type ultrasonator. The variations of the soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD), protein, polysaccharide and sludge particle size under different energy densities and treatment times were investigated. The results showed that after the ultrasonic treatment, the average particle size of sludge significantly decreased and the floe structure of sludge was dramatically destroyed. The concentrations of all dissolved substances in the supernatant (SCOD, protein and polysaccharide) increased with the increase of ultrasonic density and treatment time. A better disintegration efficiency was reached at a treatment time of 10 rain and an energy density of 3 W/mL. In addition, compared with non-reflux sludge, the removal rate of organic matter was obviously improved by the ultrasonic sludge with reflux ratio of 2% to 8% , and the highest removal rates of UV254 and DOC were increased by 11% and 17% respectively.
