摘　　要：为比较普通成形纸与硬嘴棒成形纸对卷烟过滤嘴棒的贡献,分析比较两种纸张物理指标方面差异,通过对硬嘴棒成形纸指标特点对卷制过滤嘴棒应用方面的分析对比,以及硬嘴棒成形纸卷棒应用于卷烟后相关数据分析对比,找出硬嘴棒成形纸的应用特性。研究显示:使用硬嘴棒成形纸的过滤嘴棒对焦油、一氧化碳的降低有所帮助,硬嘴棒成形纸也丰富了过滤嘴棒的卷制种类,满足过滤嘴棒独特新颖的外观需求。To compare the plug wrap and stiff plug wrap for cigarette filter rods contribution,analyzing and comparing two kinds of paper physical differences of indicators,stiff plug wrap by comparing the characteristics of filters application,and stiff plug wraps filter used in cigarette analyzed the related data.Results showed that using stiff plug wrap in forming filter help in reducing tar and carbon monoxide data.stiff plug wrap has enriched the kinds of filter of coiling,the successful application of stiff plug wrap,meet the demand of a filter rods of unique and novel appearance.
