摘  要:目的:针对被病原微生物感染的动物组织无害化处理的实际需求,研制一种可实现染疫动物组织彻底消毒、分解的碱水解处理设备。方法:根据碱水解处理的工艺要求,对处理罐体、搅拌单元、给水排放单元、加热冷却单元、流程控制单元等组成部分进行设计研制,并在此基础上实现设备的集成化、小型化和自动化。结果:研制的碱水解处理设备可以实现大鼠、兔等实验动物的彻底水解,并能彻底灭活嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌,产物为无菌液体和骨骼残渣。结论:该设备完成了碱水解处理的工艺流程,实现了染疫动物组织的无害化处理,提高了生物安全装备的自主保障水平。Objective To develop an alkaline hydrolysis digester for complete inactivation and decomposition of infected animal tissue to meet the actual requirements for biosafety disposal. Methods Based on the requirements of alkaline hydrolysis process, the digester was designed and composed of the vessel, mixing unit, water supply and effluent discharge unit, heatingcooling unit and process control unit, then the integration, miniaturization and automation were realized also. Results The tissue digester achieved the complete hydrolysis of experimental animals and the inactivation of Bacillus stearothermophilus.The products were sterile effluent and bone residue. Conclusion The digester can accomplish the process of alkaline hydrolysis, achieve the biosafety disposal of infected animal tissue and improve the security level of biosafety equipment in China.
