摘  要:目的:研制一种新型战斗机飞行员快速离机与救护装备,解决飞机迫降后受伤飞行员快速离机救援和紧急救护难题。方法:在对勤务需求和现有类似装备分析的基础上,论证装备的基本功能要求,进行技术方案设计。采用行走移动机构、调平支撑机构、举升机构、起吊机构和救援平台构建飞行员快速离机设备;设计组合式吊带实现受伤飞行员的快速固定和吊放;设计一体化急救设备实现伤员急救与快速转运。结果:该设计方案满足现役新型飞机座舱内失能飞行员快速离机的要求,实现了院前急救、快速转运和转运过程中的基本生命支持功能。结论:该装备可系统解决事故发生后飞行员快速离机救护难题,对保障海军飞行部队的战斗力有重要意义。Objective To develop a new escape and rescue equipment for the pilots in case of the forced landing of the plane.Methods The basic technical scheme was proposed based on the analysis of service requirements and investigation on the performances of existing similar equipment. Mobile mechanism, leveling and supporting mechanism, rescue platform and hanging device, lifting mechanism were used to construct lifting device. A composite hanging belt was designed to quickly fix and lift the wounded pilots, and an integrated trolley was developed for first aid and transportation. Results The equipment made the disabled pilot quickly escape from the plane, which integrated the functions of pre-hospital first aid, rapid transport and basic life support during transport. Conclusion The equipment facilitates the rapid escape of the pilots in case of the forced landing, so that the navy flight ability can be enhanced greatly.
