摘 要:目的:设计一种舰船人员舱内定位及生命体征监测系统,提升船员医学救援保障能力与水平。方法:采用超宽带(ultra wideband,UWB)技术在船体内部构建定位网络,实现人员舱内定位;借助卫星定位、船舶自动识别系统(automatic identification system,AIS)进行落水人员定位搜救;利用传感器技术进行人员生命体征监测,并将数据信息传输至指挥中心综合分析处理。结果:该系统能够及时发现并定位藏匿在舱室内的伤员以及落水人员,引导了救援,加快了救援速度,提高了救援效率。结论:该系统充分考虑了舰艇船舶舱室钢铁结构、长远航环境等多种因素,能够满足医学救援和平时保障研究的需求,增强了医学救援的组织指挥能力和舰船人员的医学保障水平。Objective To design a system of inboard positioning and vital signs monitoring for ship crews to enhance ship health service. Methods Ultra wideband(UWB) technology was used to establish a positioning network in the ship, and satellite positioning technique and automatic identification system(AIS) were applied for positioning and rescue of the drowned person.Vital signs monitoring was realized with sensor technology, and then the acquired data were transmitted to the command center for comprehensive analysis and processing. Results This system could find and position the casualty in the ship and the drown person in time so that the rescue efficiency could be enhanced greatly. Conclusion The system takes considerations on steel framework, expedition requirements and etc, and thus can be used in disaster relief and daily support.
