摘 要:目的:建立一个描述人体气体交换、运输全过程的模型,以在临床上评估肺部的气体交换。方法:应用数学建模的方法,建立描述患者肺部特征的双腔肺数学模型,并在Matlab上进行实现。结果:通过在Matlab中对该模型进行模拟仿真,可以自动、简便、快捷地评估人体肺部气体交换的过程。结论:通过将该模型与非介入式检测手段(脉搏式血氧饱和度检测)相结合可以对肺部气体交换情况进行自动的实时监测,扩大了在临床的应用,为有效地评估肺部气体交换情况提供了简便、准确的检测方法。Objective To build a model to describe the gas exchange and transport so as to assess pulmonary gas exchange in routine clinical practice. Methods A mathematical two-parameter pulmonary model was established to describe the patients' pulmonary characteristics, which was realized with Matlab software. Results The simulation of the model by Matlab realized pulmonary gas exchange automatically, simply and rapidly. Conclusion The model can be combined with non-invasive detection measures such as pulse oximetry to implement real-time monitoring of pulmonary gas exchange, whose clinical application is extended to evaluate the pulmonary gas exchange.
