摘  要:目的:构建一套基于物联网的医疗设备管理体系结构,从而达到对医疗设备实时控制、精确管理和设备共享的目的。方法:采用3层通用架构,运用物联网技术,将感知技术、通信技术及软件信息技术融合在一起,通过设备诊断技术与计算机网络技术相结合,把目标设备统一连接起来,进行信息交换和通信,以实现智能化识别、定位、数据反馈的医疗设备管理。结果:该体系结构解决了目前医疗设备管理中存在的工作任务重、管理要求高、管理效能低等问题,增强了设备管理的可视性和可控性,为医院医疗设备全生命周期管理的自动化、智能化发展提供了有效的手段和多样化的平台。结论:该体系的建立和实施能够实现集约化、数字化和信息化的新型医疗设备管理模式。Objective To establish a set of medical equipment management architecture based on Internet of Things(IOT) to realize real-time control, precision management and resource sharing. Methods All of the target devices were linked together with three-layer general framework, IOT technology, sensing technology, communication technology, information technology,device diagnosis technology and computer network technology, so as to execute information exchange and communication to realize intelligent recognition, location and data feedback in medical equipment management. Results The problems of medical equipment management were solved in workload, efficacy and etc, and the visibility and controllability were enhanced to facilitate automatic and intelligent hospital medical equipment life-cycle management by providing means and platform.Conclusion Centralized, digital and informatized medical equipment management mode may come into forth by the measures above mentioned.
