摘　　要：介绍了Cyber Knife系统作为最新型的立体定向放射治疗设备之一的独有优势,同时提出了临床上其仍然存有一定局限性且有待被重新认识。最后对Cyber Knife系统的技术特点及临床应用情况进行了评估和总结,指出不断拓展治疗空间、提升引导图像中组织解剖信息是Cyber Knife系统未来发展的方向。Cyber Knife system gains some advantages as the newest equipment of stereotactic radiotherapy, though there are some limitations when applied clinically. The characteristics and clinical application of Cyber Knife system were summarized and evaluated, and its developing trends were also pointed out, such as enhanced anatomic information in the guiding images.
